Our Beliefs
We Believe…
- Jesus is the Son of God, born of a virgin as written in the Bible; that He lived a sinless life, died a cruel death on the cross to take away the sins of anyone in the world who will ask Him to do so; was raised from the dead on the third day, and is now seated at His Father’s right hand.
- The Holy Spirit was sent as a manifestation of God’s truth and power, indwelling the life of Believers.
- The gathering of Christians, called the church, is to be the visible manifestation of Jesus at work in the world today, through love, the gifts of the Spirit , healing and miracles.
- God the Father desires an intimate relationship with His church, experienced through worship and praise, study of His Word – the Bible, prayer and fellowship with one another.
- We are to experience water baptism upon being born again, and also the partaking of the Lord’s supper.
- Eternity is not for the future but is in fact taking place in our lives now.
- Everything we do in this life has a definite impact on the purpose for which we were placed on this earth.
- Jesus is going to return again to set up His literal Kingdom on this earth, and those who have made Him the Lord of their lives will rule and reign with Him.
